Yes, the Panthers finally showed signs of life in the fourth quarter and managed a team-driven drive down the field (everyone but Legette contributing), but if they played like that all game, they wouldn't keep ending up in these desperate situations.

The team truly does not have any culture on the football field, and we don't appear to have any belief that we can compete in the National Football League. There's not much to say beyond that; if the guys don't want to be on the field and don't want to take pride in playing for this franchise, then there's nothing else we can do. I'd rather the team not even take the field than put out a product like that. I'm tired of the excuses, too.

Now that the 0-3 preseason is behind us, it’s time to shift focus to the part of the football season that actually matters. The real games are here. Preseason left fans with plenty of mixed emotions, especially after the promise we saw during training camp.
